Locally owned and managed by Laurie Gratny since 1985 we are committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, along with service that is friendly and prompt. Our shop hours are: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday 9:30 a.m. to Noon on Saturday Closed Sunday Evening and weekend appointments available by request. We are closed on Sundays, except for Funeral Deliveries. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least two or three days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's day Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries in neighboring zip codes or outside our local delivery area, this fee will vary.)

Because of the hot climate we live and work in and where a numerous amount of our local residents live ingated communities, we always require a phone number for the recipient

U.S. orders must be received before 10:00 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries during specific "windows of time" such as "before noon" or "after 11:00", but we cannot guarantee it.  If your need is for a specific timed deliverey please phone our shop so that we may discuss the details with you in person.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses cannot be guaranteed.

The items on our website are items we carry locally here in our inventory and are generally not available for delivery outside of our local delivery area. 

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet. Most international orders will require at least a 2 day lead time for delivery.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers duriing specific seasons of the year.. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Especially since COVID-19 the substitution of certain items or containers may be necessary due to increased demand or lack of availability, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
